- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, digital products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds are not issued for exchanges.
